Working through losing the pain of a love one

I know. I have been missing in action. I haven’t been able to do much of anything considering I have lost the death of someone close to me. It has been a difficult journey for me within these last few months between jugging all of my responsibilities between my job, writing, and working on being a book coach. I have been in the process of trying to complete my book coaching course and just trying to get back into the groove of things.

For a little while, I had writer’s block. I tried my best to write but I was frozen. Losing the death of a loved one is not easy. My whole world changed. Time stood still. Even though I still managed to type up the latest chapter of Courtney’s Redemption, I couldn’t manage to write anything else. It was a passion project I wanted to start but lost the passion once everything crashed under me. Despite the difficulties, I am still able to push through it. I managed to type up an entire chapter while going through my struggles. I still kept trying even though the pain was unbearable.

However, I woke up this morning and I found hope. I started reading about what it takes to start an LLC after I roamed the internet and found someone that was talking about putting some of your business money into a trust. That got me interested in the whole LLC idea so after some research, I found an article for other writers who might have been thinking about doing the same thing and decided to post it here if you are interested.

It is because of this that I have a new goal I want to achieve. Hopefully, I will be able to do it this year but I will just keep it a secret for now. See you soon.

My first love has always been writing since I was eight years old. After getting my Bachelor's Degree in Fiction Writing from Columbia College Chicago and struggling for years trying to get published the traditional way, I decided that the only way to promote my work was to promote myself which is why I am self-publishing my paranormal romance The Truson S.E.T. Series.
