So, I recently did a post about an announcement when it came to An Orman’s Revenge about receiving a five-star review through the Readers’ Favorite Book Awards. Since I signed up for the contest, it included a FREE review of my book which I sent back in April. Well, since I received that five star review, it also gave me the opportunity to download the Readers Favorite book seal on the front cover of the books. That means when new readers download the ebook version or buy the print version of An Orman’s Revenge, they will see the seal on the front cover of the book. Considering my book is still in review for receiving any medals from the contest, I will be sure to post any upcoming developments after September 1st.
In the meantime, I have decided to post the review of An Orman’s Revenge down below if you are interested. I will also be updating this information on the main page of this website as well.
Have a good night.

5-Star Review of An Orman’s Revenge
Reviewed By Jennifer Ibiam for Readers’ Favorite:
An Orman’s Revenge by Dominique Gibson is a beautiful paranormal romantic story that will appeal to lovers of otherworldly novels. This book had a plot so unique that I found it hard to believe that the Island of Truson was a fable and the Ormans were nonexistent. The development was also beautiful both for the characters and the setting. I found the proximity of the island fascinating–-farthest on earth, yet a drive away from Alaska. This made me smile. The mix of modern technology and magic also lent some mystique to the storyline. Mandy and Ford were powerful characters, but Lex was formidable and my most favorite. His character raises a sensitive discussion about the discrimination against albinos. I hope we can do better as humans to embrace everyone’s uniqueness. Thank you, Dominique, for a beautiful book written in an expert style and easy to understand. Please write more books.

Dominique Gibson knew she wanted to be a writer ever since she sat down at her plastic table and wrote her first book out of sheer boredom at eight years old. Years later, she decided to go get her Bachelor’s Degree from Columbia College Chicago. She is obtaining her master’s degree in Creative Writing from Southern New Hampshire University. When not writing, she is busy teaching two year olds at a daycare center in Skokie, IL.
